Uralla Golf Club is hosting a St Paddy’s Day luncheon supporting the United Hospitals Auxiliary Uralla branch next week.
Since 1993, the United Hospital Auxiliaries of NSW, through local member branches, has been responding to the needs of health facilities and community health facilities throughout NSW. The Hospitals Auxiliary is another notch in the belt for Uralla’s already thriving community, adding to the extensive variety of unique antique stores and shops.
Their focus has always been to work in harmony with the hospital management of New South Wales, increase interest in healthcare, raise funds, and assist the welfare of patients and staff at all hospitals and healthcare centres within New South Wales.
Many people talk about ‘the luck of the Irish’, and why not test the theory? Dust off the green hats and pots full of gold and make your way to Uralla Golf Club for a day of food, fun, and competitions with prizes aplenty. The event will be held from 12 pm until 4 pm and costs $25 per head.
The competitions include best St Patrick’s Day dress-up, best green hat, and best Irish joke, and organisers have even thrown in some good old-fashioned trivia fun and a singalong – no experience required.
A lunch good enough for the Irish will keep you fed and happy, with cold cuts and an assortment of salads, finishing with dessert for the sweet tooth in you.
For catering purposes, RSVPs are essential and required before 10 March.
