It is a rare find for the New England region, but family farm ‘Glenrock’ in Aberfoyle is up for sale.
The 790 hectare, four bedroom family home, is grabbing interstate attention and all for the right reasons.
“Land between Guyra and Ebor is extremely tightly held with limited listings available in this area, and with three kilometres of river frontage it is a real gem on the market.” said Nellie Hayes, Principal Director Sales & Marketing Executive Raine and Horne Armidale and Glen Innes.
“It is a much larger parcel of land than usual on offer”.
“It’s a very productive 2,000 acre landholding”.
Located at 250 Sissons Road, Aberfoyle, you read it right- three kilometres of frontage to the permanent Wollomombi River, and location is everything.
“The rainfall for our area is extremely appealing to buyers,” said Nellie.
“The New England has a much more reliable rainfall than other areas both in and out of state, and therefore has many opportunities.”
This prized property will go under the hammer starting tomorrow, with an online auction from Thursday 30th November, at 11am and runs until 2pm Friday, 1st December.
“You will need to be pre-register prior to the auction.”
