Residents of New England, dust off your finery, Tamworth’s night of nights is about to happen again! The date is set for the Single Builders 2024 Tamworth Rescue Ball, with the evening to be held on Saturday 23rd of March from 6.30pm at Wests Tamworth, and it’s all for the brilliant cause of raising funds for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
Events Coordinator for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service, Sarah Badcock, tells us that 2024 will bring yet another night to remember.
“Guests will be treated to an unforgettable night of festivities and entertainment,” she says, “This year’s theme will allow guests to be transported into a captivating world of vintage aviation, glamour and adventure.”
“The Tamworth Rescue Ball has been a community staple since it’s first event in 1999”, says Ms Badcock, “We expect to have around 260 attendees for 2024.”
As always, the dress code is strictly black tie, however guests are always welcome to lean into the theme of the evening with their outfit choices.
Ticket prices are $200 for an individual, or $1900 for a table of ten and include a three-course meal and beverage package. There will also be a live auction and raffle on the evening.
Alongside the live entertainment for the evening, Ms Badcock also tells us they have a special guest MC this year.
“We are thrilled to have recently announced Shelley Craft as our MC for the evening,” says Ms Badcock.
Local building company, Single Builders, are proudly taking up the mantle of naming rights sponsor for the third year in a row.
Tickets are still available for the Ball but will sell out quickly. To secure your spot, or to discover other ways you can help this vital service, visit the official Rescue Helicopter website.
