Uralla doctor calls for Council to take over clinic
Uralla general practitioner Dr Ricardo Alkhouri, the doctor who threatened to close the clinic recently, has called for Uralla Shire Council to take over his clinic in a rambling Facebook Live that lasted almost four hours.
